Abstract

The development of cognitive methods among students at Tashkent State University of Law is crucial for enhancing their academic performance and critical thinking skills, which are essential in the field of law. This study explores various cognitive strategies and teaching techniques that can be implemented to improve students' abilities to analyze, synthesize, and evaluate legal concepts and cases effectively. By integrating active learning methodologies, such as problem-based learning, case studies, and interactive discussions, students are encouraged to develop independent thinking, reasoning skills, and the ability to apply legal knowledge in practical scenarios.
