Abstract

In this article, we aim to prove two theses: 1) a text, separated from the author, is an intertext; 2) all folk dastans of the Karakalpaks possess the quality of intertextuality. The first thesis, in turn, is divided into two parts: a) what intertext is (author's hypothesis); b) how postmodernists understand intertext.
