Abstract

This thesis discusses the educational and cognitive significance of Karakalpak folk riddles in expanding the worldview of children and the community. It delves into how these riddles use comparisons and metaphors to describe natural and social phenomena, fostering analytical thinking and social interaction. The study emphasizes the importance of riddles in preserving cultural heritage and in teaching younger generations to appreciate nature, customs, and the interconnectedness of living and non-living elements in the world. It also highlights how riddles act as a bridge for social integration and community bonding through shared linguistic and cultural expressions.
