INTERACTIVE METHODS AND THEIR EFFECTIVENESS IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE
Abstract
Today's educational system aims to develop in students not only general knowledge, but also practical skills, problem-solving skills and personal competencies. Especially important in the formation of professional competence of primary school teachers is the importance of conducting the course process using interactive netods in the educational process. These methods allow teachers to apply them in practice, not just theoretical knowledge, actively involve students in the learning process and increase their mastering efficiency. Professional competence includes the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for future professional activities of prospective teachers. Students begin to form their learning skills while beginning their studies in elementary grades. The use of interactive techniques in this process contributes to ruvojliris basic professional skills such as problem solving, teamwork, and communication in students. With interactive methods, students will have the opportunity to actively apply their knowledge, to apply the information learned in life.
