Abstract

The article covers theoretical and methodological approaches to acmeology, which are growing in the conditions of educational systems and are aimed at the highest achievements in the holistic development of adults. It was also thought about the fact that the creative abilities of future teachers are studied acmeologically and the process of growing a mature teacher's personality, an expert in his work, is very complex pedagogical and psychological processes.
