Particular attention is given to the effectiveness of budgetary programs, including social transfers, subsidies, and welfare initiatives, in improving the living standards of vulnerable groups. The study also explores existing challenges such as resource misallocation, administrative inefficiencies, and lack of transparency. Based on comparative analysis and empirical observations, the paper proposes recommendations to enhance the efficiency, accountability, and sustainability of public spending. Strengthening monitoring systems, improving targeting mechanisms, and adopting digital tools are identified as key factors for increasing the overall impact of state budget support.
